NWCAA’s webcam provides a view of Mount Baker from Cascadia Elementary School in the Ferndale School District. The view gives an indication of visibility in the Mount Baker-Snoqualmie National Forest. Visibility in national forests, national parks, and wilderness areas has been a focus for about 30 years. That’s because haze caused by air pollution limits visibility and prevents people from fully enjoying those areas. Click on this link for more information about haze and visibility.
