Northwest Clean Air Agency operations will close on Monday, July 4, to observe the Fourth of July holiday.
Normal operations will resume on Tuesday, July 5. NWCAA’s office at 1600 S. 2nd St., Mount Vernon, is open to the public from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday except on holidays.
