Getting curbside pickup instead of burning your trash is a good deal all the way around. It does wonders
for air quality, it’s better for your health, and reduces wildfire risk. There’s also the fact that it’s easy,
affordable, and convenient!

If you choose to continue with garbage pickup service after your 6-month trial ends, the rates noted are monthly. Invoices are mailed quarterly (every three months). Charges on invoices are for three months of service. Rates are subject to change and do not include applicable city, county, or state taxes.

Enrollment in the 6-month incentive program begins on June 17, 2024 and ends on August 30, 2024. No enrollment will be accepted after August 30, 2024. Offer is valid to the first 160 customers to sign up for the program. This offer is not available to multi-family housing such as apartments and condos or to current WM customers. By completing the form, you consent to the information being shared with WM to set up a free trial account paid by Northwest Clean Air Agency (NWCAA). Unless you opt out, at the end of the free trial period WM will set up an account in your name that will be billed directly to you. You may elect to opt out at any time during the 6-month trial period, but no later than 45 days prior to the end of the trial period, to avoid paying for continued curbside garbage pickup service at the end of the program. To opt out, send an email to [email protected] stating that you are cancelling your participation in the “Curb It. Don’t Burn It.” program or call 360-395-9926.

If you sign up to participate in the program, NWCAA will send you a welcome letter with additional information about your service. The 6-month free trial is limited to collection of household garbage (no extras, no bulky waste, no hazardous waste) generated at the service address provided on this form. Additional information is available at WMNorthwest.com/SkagitCounty. By signing this form, I am entering into a contract with WM. I agree to participate in the “Curb It. Don’t Burn It.” program. I understand that after the 6-month free trial period, unless I opt out as instructed above, WM will set up an account in my name and I will be responsible for paying the invoices for my subscribed services. I agree that WM and NWCAA are not responsible for any damage that may occur to driving surfaces due to ordinary wear and tear from garbage pickup service.
