Northwest Clean Air Agency will close on Friday, Nov. 10, to observe the Veterans Day holiday.
Normal operations will resume on Monday, Nov. 13. NWCAA’s office at 1600 S. 2nd St., Mount Vernon, is open to the public from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday except on holidays.
