The Northwest Clean Air Agency, like other local clean air agencies, is governed by a Board of Directors that oversees its operations.
By state law, the Board of Directors is composed of local government representatives from the member counties and from each county’s most populous city, plus an at-large member. The Board meets monthly except in January and July.









Board meetings are generally held on the second Thursday of each month, except January and July, at 1:30 p.m. at the Northwest Clean Air Aency office at 1600 S. 2nd St., Mount Vernon, or via Zoom.
