The Northwest Clean Air Agency’s office will close on Monday, Feb. 19, for the Presidents Day holiday.
Normal operations will resume on Tuesday, Feb. 20. NWCAA’s office at 1600 S. 2nd Street, Mount Vernon, is open to the public from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday except on holidays.
