The Northwest Clean Air Agency will be closed on Thursday and Friday, Nov. 28-29, to observe the Thanksgiving holiday.
Normal operations will resume on Monday, Dec. 2. NWCAA’s office at 1600 S. 2nd St., Mount Vernon, is open to the public from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday except on holidays.
