The NWCAA Board of Directors meets the second Thursday of the month (except in January and July) at 1:30 p.m. at NWCAA’s office, 1600 S. 2nd St., Mount Vernon. Beginning in May 2022, meetings are being held both in-person and online. Meetings are open to the public.
