Complaints from the public are an important way for the Northwest Clean Air Agency to keep track of air quality problems in the area. NWCAA records and tracks complaints it receives. Complaints are forwarded to the inspection staff for investigation to determine if air pollution regulations are being violated.
All complaints become public records. As a public agency, we are required by regulations and state law to provide access to all complaints, including contact information, if a public records request is made.
