NWCAA implements air pollution regulations that apply in Island, San Juan, Skagit, and Whatcom Counties.
In addition to our own regulations, NWCAA is delegated to implement rules on behalf of the Washington State Department of Ecology and the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA).
